PRIVATE KINDERGARTENS

• These are usually smaller institutions
• The enrollment process is simple

• Monthly fees in private kindergartens range from 200.00 to 400.00 euros

PUBLIC KINDERGARTENS

• Required documentation:

o    Child's residence permit

o    Birth certificate - translated by court interpreter

o    Parent's passport

o    Parent's employment confirmation

o    Medical certificate

o    Vaccination record

o    Statement regarding (non)existence of allergies/chronic illnesses

Monthly fees are around 40.00 euros.

HOW TO ENROLL?

Enrollment in a kindergarten in Montenegro is done electronically via the official website www.upisi.edu.me. Through this portal, you select:

• The municipality where the child will attend kindergarten
• The type of preschool institution (public or private)
• The educational unit

ENROLLMENT DEADLINES: Enrollment usually begins in April or May for the following school year.
