If you rent out apartments, houses, or other residential and commercial properties, or earn income from other sources such as self-employment, capital gains, etc.- it is important to submit your personal income tax return for 2024.

The deadline for filing the return and paying the tax is April 30, 2025.

The tax return (form GPP-FL) must be filed if you earned income during the previous year from:

• Self-employment ((which represents the basic activity of the taxpayer, except for income that is taxed flat-rate)
• Property
• Capital gains
• Income from multiple employers
• Sports activities
• Copyrights and related rights, patents, trademarks, and foreign income
